GOLF LEAGUE RULES

1. Registration & Fees

• League play is Sunday - Wednesday.
• Team registration fee: $250 upfront per 2-person league
• Season consists of 12 guaranteed weeks of regular season play (excluding playoffs)
• Substitute players may participate any week when regular team members are unavailable
• Round Robin tournament format

2. Game Format

• 9-hole matches featuring different courses weekly
• 2-person scramble using best ball scoring
• 4 total players with 2 teams assigned per bay
• Professional tee box positioning for all participants
• 15-minute warm-up period before each match begins
• All shots taken from PRO Tee Box with 8-foot putting gimmies
• Fairway shots must be played as they lie (no teeing up permitted)
• Missed swings count as strokes
• Realistic weather conditions including wind elements will be active

3. Competition Rules

• Makeup games prohibited unless simulator technical errors prevent completion
• Weekly head-to-head matchups with points awarded for victories and low scoring
• Tie-breaking procedure: replay the final hole if teams are even after 9 holes; if still tied, play one Par 3 hole of teams' choice with closest-to-pin determining winner
• Playoff holes do not earn additional points

4. Point System

• Match victory: 5 points
• Weekly low score: 5 points
• Second-lowest weekly score: 4 points
• Third-lowest weekly score: 3 points
• Fourth-lowest weekly score: 2 points
• Fifth-lowest weekly score: 1 point

5. Playoffs & Results

• Single-elimination playoff format with higher seeds facing lower seeds
• Weekly standings and scores posted online for public viewing

6. Prizes & Benefits

• All league participants receive 10% off food and beverages throughout the season
• Champions receive $500 in facility gift cards ($250 per team member)
• Runners-up receive $250 in facility gift cards ($125 per team member)

7. Additional Policies

• Teams must maintain scorecards as backup in case simulator issues require hole restarts
• Management reserves right to modify schedule for weather or special events, with fee waivers provided for affected weeks
